Born and raised on the island, he combines his formal legal training with an innate understanding of Balinese customary law (adat) and the intricate workings of local land offices (BPN – Badan Pertanahan Nasional). He leads our due diligence teams, meticulously verifying land certificates (SHM, HGB), zoning regulations (RTRW), and building permits (PBG/IMB). Gede’s expertise is critical in securing clean and legally sound land titles, a cornerstone of any successful property investment in Bali.
Sofia Rahman
Head of Compliance & Government Relations
Credentials: Certified Tax Consultant (Brevet A & B), Specialist in OSS RBA (Risk-Based Approach) Licensing.
Bio: Sofia is the master of Indonesian bureaucracy. She manages the entire company registration and licensing process through the government’s Online Single Submission (OSS) portal. Her role is to ensure every KBLI code is correct, every supporting document is in order, and every submission is tracked meticulously. Sofia also manages ongoing compliance requirements, including the mandatory LKPM (Investment Activity Reports) to BKPM and renewals of operational licenses like the TDUP (Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata). Her proactive approach prevents costly delays and ensures our clients remain in good standing with all regulatory bodies.
